For the sauce, combine the following :
1. Mix 2 TBs of Corn Starch with 3 TBs water
2. 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
3. 2 TBs of Sugar
4. 2 TBs Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
Add the following in a wok, or a large pan :
1. 1 to 2 TBs of Oil
2. 1 Cup of Ground Chicken ( I cook precooked chicken for about a minute )
3. Turn the stove down to 50%
4. 1 Chopped Leek ( Remove the dark green end )
5. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes
6. 3 TBs Chili Paste
7. 1 TBs Fermented Black Beans
8. 1 Chopped Green Onion
9. 14 oz Cubed Soft Tofu
10. Add the sauce and stir for a minute until it thickens
If you are having Jasmine Rice, put the following in a pot on high :
1. 2 1/2 Cups of Jasmine Rice
2. 4 Cups of Water
3. Bring to a Boil
4. Cover and turn down to 40%
5. Cook for 6 to 8 min stirring occasionally
