Homemade Pesto Recipe Directions & Ingredients
Add the following to a blender and blend
1. 2 Cups of Chopped Fresh Basil
2. 2 TBs of Garlic
3. 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
4. 1/4 tsp Salt
5. 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
6. 1/4 Cup Parmesan
Homemade Chicken Broth Recipe Directions & Ingredients
Lightly chop up the following and blend in a blender and set aside
1. 2 Onions
2. 1/2 as much Celery as Onions
3. 1/2 as much Carrot as Onions
4. 1/2 as much Mushroom as Onion
5. Blend 1/2 as much Microwaved Frozen Chicken Bites as Onion and put them in their own bowl
In a Thick Bottomed Pot on High and Add
1. 1/3 Cup olive Oil
2. Veggies and stir till they start to stick 3 to 5 minutes
3. Chicken and stir for 1 minute
4. 1 TBs Dried Parsley
5. 1 TBs Garlic Powder
6. 1/4 Cup Pesto
7. 8 Cups Water
Heat until it boils and then turn it down to 20% and simmer for 2 hours. Stir every 20 minutes.
Here is my homemade chicken broth recipe. I decided to cover it because by doing just a few uncommon things I was able to make a considerably better broth. I use this constantly in numerous recipes and I can’t imagine that someone would eat chicken broth from a can once they try this.
The recipe is pretty easy to remember because most of the ingredients are based on the amount of onion you use. I also teach how to make pesto because I use it in this recipe.
