    Mr Banas,

    Thank you for putting together so many great educational videos. I've been watching them a lot in order to understand  some of the concepts my programming classes are covering. I've recently learned though that in order to properly cite ideas or code techniques I've learned from New Think Tank I have to include copyright information, but I didn't see a link to anything like that on your site. Do you have a formal copyright notice of any sort?

    Thanks for your time.

    Derek, Instead of
        while (node.firstChild)
          node.removeChild(node.firstChild);
    ,Can't we use
         node.replaceChild(document.createTextNode(helpMessage),node.firstChild);
    ??

    Derek, if I want to call the same method for all the elements with the same tag then what do I do?
    Is it better to do that instead of   document.getElementById();   ?

    @derek Banas thanks for the video. Is there a way to validate all phone numbers on different dial plans such as phone numbers from outside North America? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

    Hi Derek. I see you only use Mac OSX for all your videos. I've always thought you need windows for programming. Do you see any advantages or disadvantages by using Mac OSX?

    I have been trying to show a message onclicking the input tag (the form consist of a number of input fields and corresponding span with unique ids).
    While I use spanid.innerHTML="msg"; without including it in  a switch case – it works fine .
    The problem starts when i use
    switch(spanid)
      {
        case "firstname_message":
                   spanid.innerHTML="msg";
                   break;
     and so on
     }
    please help ?? been stuck in it for 2 days now
