Lose 35 Pounds in 2 Months

In this series of videos I’ll describe exactly how I lost 35 pounds in 2 months. This is a Diet Nutritional plan that was pulled from reading 20 odd diet and nutrition books. It works and you don’t have to buy anything.

    LoL xD
I guess the other side always seem nicer, so right now I would say I prefer memories tattooed on my skull πŸ˜›
Well yeah, I will try it, better to try it and see it for myself, rather than regretting it later thinking "What if.. "
I got inspired by a seemingly truthful 21 guy who had some amazing success, and I thought "why not me, too?"
Anyway, thanks again, and good evening (or what part of the day it is there) πŸ™‚

If it would make you feel better why not? It sucks to be tall as well. I don't know how many times I have cracked my skull off of things. It hurts like the dickens. I don't know anything about the topic, but my buddy worked for the Fermilab. He is pretty smart about this stuff

Thanks a lot for taking your time and care to ask for advise for me!
Best reason to try they usually give you about the subject is that you can make your discs between vertebrae thicker, if you stimulate your spine intensely enough and then provide the necessary suplement, resulting in overall height gain.
I don't think I have something to lose though, it can be pain the ass to be short, so I would say it's worth a try πŸ™‚

I was talking on the phone with a old professor friend when I read your comment. He is quite knowledgable on this topic and said that growth plates which facilitate growth close for most men at the age of 21. So, more then likely you won't grow after that age. You can take drugs to maybe stimulate growth, but he wouldn't advise it.

Derek, I know it will sound ridiculous, but what do you think about growing taller after 21? I'm asking because I see you do detailed researches, although I heard in one of your videos that you are 6'3" so I doubt you ever needed to read about it..

Wow, this is an old video! Great diet and I never exercised either πŸ™‚

I cant believe I am watching this instead of working out. ._.

  12. Derek Banas Avatar

For some people working out is not an option. That is why I based this diet around people who can't work out. I understand that you like the results you get from working out and the way it feels. I personally have 2 infants and don't have time like many people

You should workout even if you drop all the fat you want you will still be unhealthy plus you will lose weight faster gain muscle and increase your energy level

I tried all of the fad diets as well. I've found in life that some people will do most anything to make money even if it means ruining the health of others. I don't think you can go wrong by eating veggies and fruit. What is funny is that I went from being too fat to too skinny. I can't remember anyone telling me I was the perfect weight. Only you can judge what makes you feel great. Don't listen to others opinions

Good for you! πŸ™‚ I'm glad you are at an ideal weight. I'm glad I found someone who can show me exactly what to do without paying hundreds of dollars that I don't have. False advertising is what got me into this whole mess and I'm determined to get out now. It's been too long and I am starting to really feel the effects of starving myself.

I know how you feel. Actually when I went on this diet I became so obsessed I dropped down to 162. That is to thin for a guy who is 6' 3". I didn't see it until I saw pictures of myself. Some times the mirror shows what you think you look like instead of what you do look like. A forced myself to put on some weight and I'm now happy at around 178. I've maintained that for about 2 years

I'm up for eating healthy. I'm actually trying to recover from anorexia but I'm still scared of food. I figure if I go healthy I can keep the figure I worked for but at least eat something.

  19. Derek Banas Avatar

My plan was based on quantity over quality. If you up for eating a ton of healthy food, you'll lose the weight. No cheating πŸ™‚

@MusicElskerLove It's easy to follow calorie intake with myfitnesspal. If you are young though you probably need a calorie intake above the averages. It is a healthy diet though. It all came from reading dietitian text books. I'm glad you like the videos πŸ™‚

  23. Sara Honore Avatar

@derekbanas yeah. I'm still growing and living with my parents tho, so I wont follow the diet that you show in the part two video. But I think it's really fascinating how much weight you can lose by a simple diet, and it sure does seem healthy.

I don't feel like watching my calorie intake tho. I think it would become an obsession to me. And then I'm just too lazy to make myself committed enough to keep doing that. Your videos deserve way more views btw πŸ™‚

  24. Derek Banas Avatar

@MusicElskerLove It's all about watching your calorie intake. The lowest I got by the end was 164lb which was to skinny. I then got to my target which was 178lb. Right now I'm at 182lb after the holidays. Ill be back down to 178lb in a week

    wow interesting

@PainlessTank From what I've read moderate exercise seems to be best for weight loss. The FDA has put out reports that sudden increases in exercise, especially for women, slows weight loss. As long as your body isn't thrown into starvation mode research says you'll lose weight. Daily calorie intake can't go below 60% of your required calories including calories lost through exercise. If it does you'll enter starvation mode and your diet will end.
